Very few restaurants in Philadelphia match the beauty and the elegance of Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House; set into the First Pennsylvania Bank building in Center City, the whole restaurant together covers three floors featuring balconies, and extravagant decorations. Believe it or not, it's still not as impressive as the food. We're talking about a full-course dinner here, with shrimp cocktail, a light refreshing salad, sea-food soup, a beautiful 16 oz cut of rib-eye steak, served with delicious vegetables and potato, finished off with a sweet dessert, and accompanied all the way through by a rich wine, or stiff drink. Now that's dinner.
